Who is Beauty Culture Magazine aimed at?

Nothing, except to get our readers to a place where they are content and fulfilled, and healthy enough to live life to the fullest. We hope to inspire positive change by presenting various examples on the physical, mental and spiritual levels. Please join in our forums to give us your input for future articles. We do not promote the use of weight loss drugs, extreme diet or exercise, or any sort of body ideal, other than the weight and size that is healthy for a person's individual body type. We also do not promote giving up on a healthy lifestyle change because it requires work, commitment and perhaps the need to deal with underlying personal issues. Healthy living is a choice we make every day by what we eat, do think and say. The ideas and opinions expressed here are not the end all of knowledge, and everyone should do their homework and consult with a health care professional before making any changes to their nutrition, exercise or medication regime.

This magazine is for girls and women of all ages, body shapes, sizes and levels of health. We strive to promote real beauty, body acceptance, and a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition, regular exercise and having healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
